By installing or using SitSta (the “Software”) by MOX ADVENTU (the “Author”), you agree to the terms of this document (the “User Agreement”).
Beta software
SitSta is currently distributed as a beta. Features may change, be incomplete or not work as expected. Please keep your own backups of your server logs and report any problem to contact@moxadventu.com.
Changes to the User Agreement
The Author reserves the right to update and change the User Agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of the Software after any changes shall constitute your consent to the changes and the new User Agreement. The latest version may be found at sitsta.moxadventu.com.
Licensing and Ownership
You may not sell or distribute the Software, or parts of the Software, to others. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of it. All rights to the Software are owned by the Author.
No Warranty or Liability for Damages
You use the Software at your own risk. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty. The Author does not warrant fitness of the Software for any purpose. The Author shall in no event be liable for any kind of damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, related to the Software or its use.
